Transform your life through the power of your mind!

Deep in your subconscious mind lie beliefs formed from past experiences—beliefs that may be creating anxiety, fear, self-doubt, or emotional pain in your life today.

These unconscious beliefs drive your emotions, reactions, and symptoms, often without you even realizing it.

Through evidence-based hypnotherapy techniques, I help you identify and transform the subconscious beliefs that are keeping you stuck. When you clear these limiting beliefs at their source, your emotions naturally shift, symptoms resolve, and you’re free to create the life you’ve always wanted.

How Hypnotherapy Works: The Science Behind Changing Your Subconscious Beliefs

How Your Past Creates Your Present

Throughout your life, especially in early childhood, your mind forms beliefs based on your memories/experiences. A difficult relationship might create the belief “people always leave me.” Being criticized repeatedly could form “I’m not good enough.” Traumatic events often generate beliefs like “the world isn’t safe” or “I can’t trust anyone.”

These beliefs, formed from past memories and experiences, become deeply embedded in your subconscious mind—often without you even realizing they’re there.

Your Beliefs Drive Your Emotions

Once formed, these subconscious beliefs act as a filter for everything you experience. When something happens in your life, your subconscious instantly checks it against your stored beliefs and generates the appropriate emotion.

For example, if you have a subconscious belief that “I’m not safe,” your mind will interpret neutral situations as threats and create anxiety. If you believe “I’m not worthy,” you’ll feel shame when good things happen. Your emotions aren’t random—they’re the direct result of what your subconscious mind believes to be true about yourself and the world.

Two Powerful Ways to Rewire Your Beliefs:

Repetitive Programming: Using carefully crafted positive affirmations during hypnotic states to gradually overwrite old limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. (I provide a FREE customized hypnotic recording with your first appointment!)

Interactive Belief Rewiring: Through guided, interactive sessions under hypnosis, we identify specific core beliefs and actively transform them in real-time, creating immediate shifts in how you think and feel.

Client Testimonials…

My session with Atira was nothing short of life-changing. From the moment we began, she made me feel confident, safe, and completely at ease. As someone who overthinks everything, I had always felt pressure to “do hypnotherapy right.” Atira instantly dissolved that pressure, reminding me that I couldn’t do it wrong and that it was her job to make it work. That simple reassurance freed me to fully let go.

Her calm, steady voice guided me into one of the deepest states of relaxation I have ever experienced. (My Oura ring showed I was in a deep sleep state almost the entire session!) Something that had only happened once or twice before with other hypnotherapists, and only briefly. This time, I stayed there. I could feel real, powerful change happening.
We worked on quieting my inner critic and building confidence. The results were immediate. I walked away lighter, stronger, and within days was having hard conversations I’d been avoiding for years.

Atira’s empathy, skill, and understanding of people are rare. I left feeling like I’d been given a secret weapon for life. If you have the chance to work with her, take it.

Meet Atira

About Me…

Hi, I’m Atira—my name means “prayer” in Hebrew, which feels fitting for the sacred work of transformation I get to do with clients every day.

My journey into hypnotherapy began as someone seeking healing myself. I have a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology and had always been drawn to understanding the mind, but growing up, I never found lasting healing through traditional psychotherapy. The back-and-forth talking just never successfully addressed those deep core beliefs that were affecting my life.

Everything changed when I tried hypnotherapy. After just five sessions, I felt like a brand new person. The transformation was so profound that I felt called to become a hypnotherapist myself, completing hundreds of hours of specialized training through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy.

What Makes This Work So Powerful

Your subconscious mind controls 90% of everything your body does—right now it’s beating your heart, digesting your food, breathing your lungs, and healing any cuts or bruises you have. It’s incredibly powerful and works 24/7 to keep you alive. It’s also where all your memories, beliefs, and automatic responses are stored, like a massive computer programmed by every experience you’ve ever had.

When you heal the core beliefs seated in the subconscious mind, you heal the person. It’s hard to change those beliefs when you’re just talking to the conscious mind like in psychotherapy. Hypnotherapy allows us to have a conversation with the part of your mind that runs the whole show.

My Approach: Building Your Inner Strength

The of the thing I want most for my clients isn’t just healing—it’s for them to feel empowered enough that
they don’t “need me.” My goal is to help you develop such a strong foundation that you feel capable of navigating life’s challenges from your own inner wisdom.

Many clients find they achieve profound transformation in just five to six sessions, though everyone’s journey is unique and some prefer ongoing support (which is great!) Even I check in with my own hypnotherapist once or twice a year for a tune-up when I feel it would be helpful.

The beauty of this work is that it builds your capacity to access your own inner resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your conscious mind is always present, so you remain in complete control! You won’t say anything you don’t want to say and can reject anything I suggest at any time.

Yes, hypnosis is completely safe! It’s a natural state you experience daily, similar to daydreaming or when you zone out watching TV.

Most clients see significant results within 1-5 sessions. Some goals may require additional sessions for optimal results.

My goal is to empower you so I become obsolete in your life!

Yes! About 90% of people can be hypnotized. It simply requires willingness to relax and focus.

The word “hypnosis” was coined in 1843 by English physician Dr. James Braid, derived from the Greek god of sleep “Hypnos.” Hypnotherapy has been practiced and refined since the 1800s, with the US Department of Labor formally recognizing “Hypnotherapist” as an occupation in the 1970s.

No, it doesn’t conflict with any religious beliefs. Hypnosis is just focused relaxation – like deep prayer or meditation. The Catholic Church officially approved hypnosis in 1847 and again in 1956 when Pope Pius XII endorsed its use by healthcare professionals. You never give away your free will and remain completely in control throughout the process.
